Starband is the manufacturer of a great line of satellite modems.  Satellite internet is not only lightning-quick and dependable, but also affordable.  Little is unfortunately known about this rapidly expanding industry, on account of its infancy.  The plain truth is that satellite internet is the best option for many people who own an RV or live in a remote area. Other broadband options just aren't feasible.  The only other option, access that communicates over a cell phone service carrier's network, cannot compare in terms of speed, universal access, and constant rate.  All three are in abundance with satellite internet services. Starband Satellite Modems are not made to be mobile because of spot beaming but these will work in fixed locations. RV Internet Anywhere gives you the complete mobile internet package with either the DataStorm or the MSS with the exception of a computer.  Included in our installation price is an internet-ready satellite dish (either a MotoSat DataStorm or Ground Control MMS) and a Direcway modem.  We calibrate both instruments to work together, so all you have to do is turn your computer on and dial the connection. You have the choice of internet satellite provider, whether it is MotoSat, Ground Control, or another company.  In essence, we provide the foundation of your mobile internet, so that you are in control when it comes to service plans.  We encourage you to do your own research, as getting the best deal must be self-pursued.  In the same breath, we know that our pricing and service plans are the best in the business.
